Skillers United, a break from combat


Skiller's united is run by Private Bob4, an almighty god of BBs.
We only accept skillers, anywhere from combat level 3 to 15.
Exceptions may be made for skillers up to level 50, with 700+ total level, excluding all combat levels except prayer.

Can I make a clan that inloves combat levelled skillers such as myself?
